Business Model Canvas

The Business Model Canvas is a business tool that is used to visualize all of the building blocks of starting a business, such as customers, route to market, value proposition, and finance. The business model canvas contains nine building blocks: customer value proposition, customer segments, channels, customer relationships, revenue streams, key resources, key partners, key activities, and cost structure.
