The City Bar Justice Center’s Neighborhood Entrepreneur Law Project has launched the COVID-19 Small Business Remote Legal Clinic to provide free 45-minute legal consultations with pro bono attorneys.

These limited-scope sessions support small business owners as they navigate the complexities around the government programs launched in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. The 1:1 consultations will prepare clients to tackle legal issues surrounding loans & grants, as well as contracts & force majeure clauses, employment law, real estate, commercial leasing, and insurance matters.

NYC entrepreneurs and small biz owners should complete an intake form, and they will be contacted to confirm eligibility and schedule a 1:1 session via phone or video call.
