Free accounting and finance training sessions for NYS small businesses and emerging entrepreneurs

The Pace University Small Business Development Center (SBDC) is excited to partner with the New York State Society of CPAs (NYSSCPA) on a series of free accounting and finance training sessions for New York State small businesses and emerging entrepreneurs. The one-hour webinars will be led by a range of subject matter experts who are NYSSCPA members, including tax accounting, accounting for tech startups and tax law.

Small business webinars scheduled to date include "Employee Retention Tax Credit - is my small business eligible?" on November 9th, Tax/Accounting 101 for Technology Startups on November 14th, and Small Business Tax Liability Reduction Strategies on December 15th.

Check out the Pace SBDC events page for more information on these and other upcoming sessions, and to register. We encourage business owners with specific questions to arrange a 1:1 counseling session with a Pace University SBDC Business Advisor. These 1:1 meetings are offered in person or virtually and are offered at no cost.
