UPDATE: COVID-19 Pandemic Small Business Recovery Grant Program



Empire State Development (ESD) has announced that they have expanded eligibility for the $800 million NYS Pandemic Small Business Recovery Grant Program, enabling more small businesses to access funding through this initiative. Specifically, the agency has removed the the requirement that businesses show a twenty-five percent loss in annual gross receipts from 2019 to 2020.


New applicants should apply through the Lendistry portal. All applicants must submit required information and documents by 5:00 p.m. on September 30, 2022.
