KITCHEN KITTIES

Nadine Sirena launched her firm, Kitchen Kitties , two years ago to help her clients benefit from the organizational skills and strategies that she developed to make her own life enjoyable and manageable. With prior experience managing world-class hospitality services for British Airways’ Concorde and First Class lounges, Nadine developed a keen attention to detail to manage busy lounges, kitchens and dining areas frequented by royalty, celebrities, and global business executives.

Her business provides commercial and residential kitchen organization, personal chef services, food procurement and more to high-profile clients and has an opportunity to expand to other cities. To prepare for this growth Nadine met with Pace SBDC Business Advisor Sandra Cely, who helped her complete financial projections and a business plan. Sandra also connected Nadine with NYSBDC’s Research Network, which provided targeted prospect lists for business development purposes.

Nadine says “When I met with Sandra Cely, she immediately gave me great advice along with homework assignments that helped me establish a methodical way to organize my finances and establish deadlines and accountability!  In the short month after completion, I have seen a tremendous increase in the efficiency of running my business and our sales have increased by nearly double. We went from one event a month to booking a full week of events!  Thank you so much for all your help!“ Pace SBDC will continue to work with Kitchen Kitties to develop additional marketing strategies.
